J-Culture Fest, an experiential event that commenced in 2017 as a part of Tokyo International Forum’s 20th anniversary project, will be held once again during the New Year holidays in 2020. J-Culture Fest 2020 will offer a series of one-of-a-kind programs as 2020 will be the first New Year of the Reiwa Era, and the year of the TOKYO 2020 Olympic and Paralympic Games. A series of events that befits the “first New Year of the Reiwa Era” will unfold including original programs to see Japan’s prominent artists of Kyogen and Japanese musicals, to learn Japan’s New Year traditions, and to savor the taste of Japan at the New Year’s Theme Park.
